How long does it typically take for a customer's payment status to be updated in a credit bureau report after making a payment?

How to download my NOC/Sanction Letter/Agreement Letter?

You can download the NOC/Sanction Letter/Agreement Letter in PDF format by following the steps below:

1.Tap on "MORE": This is located at the bottom right of the app screen.
2. Tap on "Order History": Then click on the specific loan.
3. Select the Loan: Tap on the loan for which the NOC/Sanction Letter/Agreement Letter is required.
4. Download the Document: Tap on "Download No Due Certificate"/Sanction Letter/Agreement Letter to download the document.

Why is my loan showing as disbursement pending?

Sometimes it takes time till 24-48 hours for disbursement, as it may be pending from the bank's end or because of other routine procedures.  If there is anything else or status persists beyond 48 hours, please feel free to reach us.

How to cancel a loan once disbursed?

Accepted Answer

If your loan has been disbursed within the last three days (cooling period) from the date of Disbursement of loan (D+3),  you have the option to exit the loan by paying only the principal amount along with proportionate APR (if applicable), without any penalty.

You can opt for cancellation of your loan  within 3 days of disbursement as mentioned above. For Eg- if a loan is disbursed on 18th May 2024, it can be canceled during  cooling off period till 21st May 2024. To opt for the same, please write to us at cs@truecredits.in
